5. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BHPeptides, its officers, employees, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use, misapplication, handling, or misuse of products or information provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BHPeptides will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of the purchase, use, or inability to use products or information provided.
BHPeptides’s total liability for any claim, regardless of form or nature, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in dispute.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Products must be kept out of reach of children and stored as instructed.

  • You are responsible for following all usage, storage, and safety instructions.

  • You may not resell, repurpose, combine, or use products for unlawful or unintended purposes.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Product Integrity

  • BHPeptides is not liable for any delays, loss, damage, or product degradation resulting from transit, improper storage, or mishandling after delivery.

  • Responsibility for product integrity transfers to you immediately upon receipt.

9. Legal Compliance

You warrant and represent full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. BHPeptides is not responsible for noncompliance by purchasers.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from purchases or use of BHPeptides products will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
All claims shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration or small claims court.

11. Modification of Terms

BHPeptides reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time; continued use or purchase constitutes acceptance of all changes.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By completing any purchase, you expressly acknowledge, accept, and waive any claims or liability against BHPeptides for product use, handling, storage, or outcomes. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
