At BHPeptides, customer safety and product integrity are our highest priorities. Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We may offer a refund or replacement only if an item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product. You must notify us and provide evidence within 3 business days of delivery. Requests made after this window may be declined.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your package is transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier. BHPeptides is not liable for delays or lost packages, but we will assist you with tracking and problem resolution where possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before fulfillment/shipping. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
